Coaching engagements blend discussion and action. During our time together, we work to understand your current approach to your life and business, gain insight, and develop an action plan that helps you to move toward your desired outcomes. I listen carefully, analyze thoroughly, and draw upon multiple perspectives to meet your needs. Practicing new skills is an essential component of your coaching program. Talking helps to see things differently, but real change comes from actively engaging in a new way.
Coaching engagements include:
- An assessment of you and your area of focus
- A co-developed Purpose and Outcomes that clearly identifies what we will be working toward
- A customized program that includes reading, self-observation, and practices
- Scheduled meetings each week, alternating between coaching sessions (60-90 minutes) and check-ins (15 minutes)
- Opportunities to learn and practice new skills, both during and between sessions
